Katie Kuhn, MA, LCPC is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Board Approved Supervisor in private practice in Towson.
She works with children, adolescents,
young adults, families, and parents.
Katie earned her Master of Arts in School Psychology from
Towson University with additional coursework in Counseling Psychology from Grand Canyon University. She spent more than 20 years at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore providing treatment for individuals and families within the clinic, home, and school settings.
In her practice, Katie works with children, adolescents, and their families to address a wide range of behavioral difficulties. She provides compassionate therapy for teens and young adults to address issues including anxiety, social skills, depression, grief, transition, and change. Katie also supports and guides through group
presentations to parents or teachers.

Katie provides child and family-focused therapy, as well as individual therapy, for children, teens, and adults. She helps children and parents navigate life at home, school, and in social circles. Katie has treated many children from a wide variety of backgrounds, with a range of behavioral, cognitive, and emotional issues across all developmental stages. She also works with parents who are struggling with managing child behavior.
Katie is happy to present to parent groups and teachers to provide guidance in behavior management strategies in the home and classroom.
